WHAT IT IS:
This multi-dimensional illuminating powder achieves the perfect glow and has an ultra-smooth formula for seamless blending and buildable intensity. The highlighter delivers single-sweep luminosity, while the ultra-reflective powder formula gives the effect of a liquid for lit from within radiance.

HOW TO APPLY:
Gently sweep A23 Pro Brush across Glow Seeker Highlighter to pick up product. Apply Glow Seeker Highlighter to areas of the face that you want to accentuate: upper cheekbones, bridge and tip of the nose, brow bone, above the brow arch, and cupid’s bow. Bring down to the collarbone and shoulders for a luminous, body glow. Layer until desired intensity is achieved.

PRO TIPS:
Use light pressure when picking up product.

Use the flat side of A23 Pro Brush to deposit product and the tip of the brush to blend edges.  

Spritz the brush with Dewy Set Setting Spray to turn up your glow for a more intense finish.  

Apply Glow Seeker Highlighter to the eyes for a radiant look.
