How to use? Place your shower steamer on the shower floor where water will reach it. The water will dissolve the steamer and slowly release essential oils into the shower steam. Breathe in, relax and enjoy! This shower steamer is designed for a single use and will dissolve over a four-minute period. The scent fills the air leaving behind the benefit of essential oil aromatherapy even after it has dissolved. Shower steamers are best used in an enclosed shower.
