• Endeavor wanted to know what it meant to be a symbol of peace; something that only All Might was known for. He realized that could not follow in All Might's footsteps, instead becoming the kind of hero he wanted to be. Due to his desire to change, his guilt toward his family started to resurface.
• Goals. To have Shoto train and surpass him and All Might (abandoned). To defeat All Might to become number 1 (failed to defeat him but succeeded). To become a Symbol of Peace for the world.
• After a while, Endeavor realized that he had been pushing Shoto too hard, how he drove Rei mad, and how he neglected Fuyumi and Natsu. His obsession with trying to surpass All Might led into abusing his own son Shoto, who he believed had the power and potential to surpass All Might.
• Powers. Hellflame: Endeavor's Quirk allows him to manipulate and control fire at his will. He is able to use his flame abilities in a variety of different ways, such as creating fire spears and fire balls and melting walls with his feet, which allows him to run on walls.
