About the Author

Ilona Luff is a personal health and fitness coach, prenatal & postpartum corrective exercise specialist and trauma informed somatic breathwork practitioner. After working closely with breath for years and seeing the impact it has on the nervous system, teaching her son how to regulate his big feelings with breath was the most powerful tool she could have taught. Her mission is to help spread this knowledge of the power of our breath to support and optimize our human potential.
