It's also equipped with a heel plug to absorb impact as you walk. These men's boots are fully lined with a breathable, moisture-wicking material. Additional comfort comes from the fully padded collar and tongue.For foot support, the work boots have a firm TPU heel stabilizer. There's also a TPU shank that is more lightweight than a traditional steel shank, but is just as effective and creates a flexible and durable platform.The oil-resistant FLXPoint rubber outsole is designed to give you maximum surface contact, assuring your boots have a good grip, even in less than ideal job conditions.
