This Peugeot Paris uSelect Set includes a 9 matte-black Pepper Mill and a 7 matte-white Salt Mill. Each mill features the iconic silhouette known to all and blends the history of French heritage with Peugeots legacy in mill engineering. Peugeot made their first steel mechanism in 1840 and believes so strongly in the quality of their grinding mechanism that they offer a lifetime guarantee on it. Only use pepper in the Pepper Mill and salt in the Salt Mill: Peugeots mechanisms are not interchangeable as they are designed for each specific spice to best express its organoleptic wealth, its singularity, and its imagination. The patented uSelect adjustable grinding systems in these mills have 6 pre-defined settings so you can choose the coarseness of both your salt and pepper separately. To get your desired coarseness, turn the adjustment ring at the base of the mills to 1 for an extremely fine grind and up to 6 for a coarser grind. These mills are made of beechwood. The wood Peugeot turns into mills is sourced from PEFC certified forests. Peugeot supports sustainable forest management and recycles their wood chips and scraps to the energy sector. They use water soluble, planet friendly paints and varnishes and eco-designed non-laminated packaging (full-fiber compact boxes) for exemplary recyclability.
