From the mind of the Awkward Yeti comes Anxiety Attack, an intense, hilarious, and strategic board game that pits players against each other. The object of the game is to move your opponents closer to the Anxiety Spiral while staying as far away from it as possible.

Each player starts in the peaceful Oasis. Players are dealt 5 cards face down and take turns playing TRIGGER or DEFUSE cards to move themselves or other players on the board. If you reach the Anxiety Spiral you lose. BUT you’re not out of the game because misery loves company! You may now play ONLY Trigger or Defuse cards on yourself to move through the board in reverse. If you land on the same place as another player, they are sent directly to the Anxiety Spiral, where they join in the act of moving in reverse on the board. When only one player remains with their Anxious character, they win the game!
