This foam roller is built with durable foam and a flat surface to evenly compress muscles, re-hydrate tissue and improve mobility. It massages hard-to-reach areas that may be sensitive to the pressures of foam rolling. The Specialty Level 3 foam roller is designed for targeted compression. The high and flat surface area provides even muscle compression. The patented hollow core design retains shape after frequent use and features an easy-to-clean and sweat-resistant EVA foam surface. It is 5.9" in diameter with a 500-pound weight limit.
