Carved out of one piece of compact beechwood, for extra strength, but lightweight for minimal fatigue; unstained light natural wood color, with no lacquer or other coating; safe to use without scratching non-stick surfaces; use in restaurant or home kitchen; use for flipping frying foods, and to lift off the pan and transfer to the plate of a guest at a banquet hall.Product Highlights
