Perfect for restaurants and sandwich shops that occasionally need to slice down blocks of cheese by hand for special recipes. With an adjustable stainless steel wire and 4" wide blade, you can seamlessly cut thick or thin slices of cheese. The slicer features a built-in handle for a comfortable grip when slicing.
