Directions

Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Oven (Preferred Method)

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Arrange vegetables in single layer on large rimmed baking pan (line with parchment paper for easy cleanup).
3. Bake on center oven rack for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot throughout and golden brown, turning halfway through.

Stovetop
1. Combine vegetables and 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet.
2. Cook uncovered over MEDIUM heat for 8 minutes or until hot, stirring frequently.
